As the managing organization of the nation’s transplant system, UNOS wanted to create a new digital experience to streamline and transform their user experience while enhancing their membership application process for donor organizations and hospitals. Veracity collaborated with UNOS on inventory and content mapping of all their existing applications, user research and journey mapping to influence the creation of a modular online application that would improve their user experience and help them evolve well into the future.
