Our client is a health plan administrator that allows self-funded employers and clinicians to join forces and deliver high quality, affordable healthcare to their employees. An alternative to traditional insurance carriers or third-party administrators,our client is a coordinated benefits platform that offers the technology, network, claims processing, and customer support to fully administer health benefits for all or a portion of an employee population. They engaged us to help them identify key areas they could improve on with their implementation processes. We built a custom tool with conditional logic to highlight information and provide visibility to tasks that needed priority attention. By implementing our suggestions,our client was able to improve cross team communication and reduce the overall time needed to onboard new clients. Our tools also provided insights to the leadership team on the status of multiple simultaneous client implementations while identifying risks and suggesting ways to mitigate them. The result was thatour client was better able to manage concurrent implementations with the ability to scale as their business grows.
