Working with one of the nation’s largest health insurance providers, Veracity was asked to lead key components of a large-scale initiative aimed at delivering cost transparency to consumers. The solution is built on a digital platform and delivered through a mobile or web-based application. This innovative platform acts as a one-stop, personalized benefits hub, bringing together benefits, healthcare, wellness and more. To unify these otherwise fragmented capabilities, Veracity developed an efficient invoicing and billing process across all of the systems impacted by the solution. In addition, we also drove the planning and coordination of the client’s member communications in preparation for the launch.
